Change in body-proportion by a cephalo-caudad growth in Korean infant

Abstract
|
|
|
This paper presents a pattern of the cephalo-caudad growth in Korean healthy, full-term infant. At birth the mid-point of the length is about 0.7cm above the umbilicus, but with age the point conies down.
By three months of age, the point runs through the umbilical level and thereafter steadily goes towards the pubic level.
At the age of one year, the mid-point of the length reaches the level of 4.6 cm from the umbilicus.
